Aquatics Slide Attendant (Ages 16+) - Summer Seasonal Job

About the Job

Spend your summer working in a fun, high‑energy water park environment! As an Aquatics Slide Attendant at Enchanted Parks, you'll help operate water attractions safely and efficiently while making sure guests have a great experience. This is a perfect role for teens and young adults who enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Ensure guests meet all height, weight, and safety requirements for each slide
• Make sure guests ride attractions safely and in the correct position
• Operate attractions efficiently and follow all safety procedures
• Stay alert and respond quickly to emergencies using learned training
• Maintain Ellis & Associates safety standards once certified
• Attend required monthly in‑service training sessions
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow Enchanted Parks' Guest‑First and Aquatics safety standards
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Assist in other areas of the Aquatics department when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 16
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high‑pressure situations
• Willingness to complete and pass all required lifeguard, CPR, and first‑aid training through Ellis & Associates
• Ability to stand in water up to 3 feet deep for extended periods
• Ability to enter and exit pools or attractions without assistance
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive throughout shifts

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support Aquatics and overall park operations.
