Retail Manager - Join Our Team!

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Manager to lead the magic behind our Retail Department. In this role, you'll oversee day‑to‑day retail operations, guide a team of seasonal and part‑time team members, and support a full‑time Retail Supervisor who reports directly to you.

You'll be responsible for maximizing business performance, maintaining high visual and presentation standards, closely monitoring inventory, and adapting quickly to guest buying trends. Most importantly, you'll champion outstanding guest service and continuous improvement across all retail locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all retail, photo, and lessee operations to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Build and sustain a positive, high‑performance team culture.
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets, business plans, and monthly financial forecasts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee retail CAPEX projects from concept to completion-on time and within budget.
  • Direct all visual merchandising efforts, product displays, and POS marketing initiatives.
  • Manage department inventory, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and accepted inventory procedures.
  • Monitor key financial drivers including sales, cost of goods, labor, and inventory to ensure departmental profitability.
  • Encourage innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset by recommending strategies to boost sales, profits, and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as the Park On‑Duty Manager when assigned.
  • Perform all other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail or merchandise experience, including supervisory or management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management OR equivalent experience in retail, hospitality, or the theme‑park industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
