What You'll Do

• Patrol park areas on foot to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond quickly and professionally to security and medical situations
• Assist guests and team members with questions, concerns, or directions
• Enforce park rules, policies, and applicable laws fairly and respectfully
• Secure buildings, gates, and restricted areas as directed
• Assist with the safe transport of medical patients when needed
• Write clear and accurate incident and activity reports
• Support guest screening at entry points when required
• Communicate using radios, phones, and basic computer systems
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age: 21
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses and certifications
• Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol outdoors for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support overall park operations.
